Introducing the Christchurch Tennis League
Based at the Christchurch Tennis Facility, Round three will run from April 2011.
New members are warmly invited to join.
Key features:
- It is a mixed singles league for adults over the age of 18
- There is no long term commitment.
- You join one round, which lasts 8 weeks, and join up again as and when you like.
- Everyone is welcome, whatever their standard, and you only play people of a roughly similar level
Winners of each group receive a CASH PRIZE £20 and a certificate
- Everyone who completes 3 matches by the half way point receives a FREE can of tennis balls
- TOTALLY FLEXIBLE Play when it suits you – we provide all your opponents contact details and you arrange a mutually convenient time to play
- Best of three set matches – THE BEST WAY TO IMPROVE
- Only £10 entry fee
LTA rated (optional) – if you have a British Tennis Rating we will submit results from qualifying matches
- Regular email updates on the round and website with up-to-date scores
Run by Local Tennis Leagues, a project recognised by the Tennis Foundation, in conjunction with the Christchurch Tennis Facility, the league is designed to offer adults of all standards an easy structure to play friendly, competitive matches in their local neighbourhood.

Hitters
We have a selection of experienced players who are available to hit with juniors and adults. These sessions do not involve any advice on technique or tactics, but give the player the opportunity to rally and play points with an experienced player. These sessions range from £9 - £15 per hour.
